Educational advocacy | Executive function coaching

Move from overwhelmed to empowered.

Springboard Advocacy supports students and families through the IEP and 504 process, with individualized advocacy and coaching for students with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and/or executive functioning challenges.

Built on classroom teaching experience, case management expertise, and executive function specialization. Support for the whole child.

Why Springboard

Many educational advocates focus primarily on compliance and legal processes. Many tutors focus primarily on academics. Springboard Advocacy focuses on the whole student: the skills and confidence to make a plan actually work.

From families and students

"When my daughter was diagnosed with autism, I felt completely lost. One conversation with Hayley gave me a clear plan and the confidence to advocate for my daughter."

When my daughter was privately diagnosed with autism, I felt overwhelmed. She was struggling at school, having meltdowns and I had no idea where to begin or who to trust. I knew she needed support but navigating evaluations, meetings and school services felt impossible.

Hayley changed that. She helped us understand every step of the process, reviewed evaluations with us, prepared us for school meetings, communicated with the school team and made sure we were asking the right questions. Most importantly, she helped us advocate effectively while always keeping our daughter's strengths at the center.

The team ultimately determined that a strengthened 504 plan was the appropriate support at that time. We left every meeting feeling informed, prepared and confident because of Hayley's guidance. She combines the expertise of an experienced educator with the compassion of someone who truly cares about children and their families.

Everything was done virtually, yet she felt like a trusted partner every step of the way. I honestly don't know how we would have navigated this process without her and I'm incredibly grateful for her support!

Ms. Turney is absolutely fantastic! She supports my child to be successful in his classes in a way that is building his self-esteem, advocacy skills and executive functioning. She knows when to push him and when he needs time to decompress and is helping him identify those times for himself. My child would not be successfully on his way to graduating from high school without Ms. Turney!
